Oxford, Massachusetts — Robert J. Morton, President and CEO of bankHometown, announced that the bank was recently honored at the 2019 Banking Choice Awards in the categories of Customer Service, Technology and Tools, Community Contribution, and Overall Quality. The awards were presented as part of the Best Bank Expo at the MGM Springfield Resort and Casino.

The Banking Choice Awards are presented by American Business Media and Customer Experience Solutions, LLC. These awards are based on interviews with hundreds of thousands of banking customers conducted by Customer Experience Solutions, LLC in a double-blind format. No financial institutions were involved in collecting the data. Customer Experience Solutions is a recognized leader in tracking and measuring customer concerns, attitudes and impressions, as well as administrators for comprehensive independent surveys to hundreds of thousands of bank customers across Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Rhode Island.
